NXT Diva News: One Diva Quits While Another Heads To Rehab
the Divas roster page of WWE’s official NXT website, FCWWrestling.info, no longer lists Raquel Diaz, with her page deleted altogether. According to F4WOnline.com, she asked to be released from her developmental contract with WWE, which was granted.

TNA Head Reportedly Not A Fan Of Women's Wrestling
The Wrestling Observer reports that one of the reasons 'some women' have quit TNA Wrestling in the past year stems from the belief that Bruce Prichard, Senior Vice President of Programming and Talent Relations, is not in favor of women's wrestling. This would also explain why the Knockouts division is not as given as much prominence as in the past, with only a few talents being highlighted.
Another Diva On Her Way Out Of The Company?
Regarding Beth Phoenix leaving WWE, it's believed she is just mentally finished with the promotion and the start-and-stop pushes that happen in the Divas division.
One source close to the Divas division believes that Beth isn't the only Diva on her way out of the company as one other may be quitting soon.

WWE Finalizes Deal With Sara Del Rey
WWE has finalized their contract agreements with Sara Del Rey and PAC. Both independent wrestling standouts will report to the company’s developmental base in Tampa, Florida shortly. Both contracts had been waiting approval after they took mandated physical and mental exams.
Mickie James Taking Time Off For Injured Rib
Mickie James is taking a few weeks off from competing to nurse a rib injury. She aggravated the injury during TNA Wrestling's live event tour last week.
Cameron Pleads Not Guilty To DUI
WWE Diva Cameron, real name Ariane Andrew, has plead not guilty in regards to her DUI arrest last month.
TMZ reports that Andrew made the plea today following her arrest for driving while under the influence in August.
Police reports at the time alleged that Andrew attempted to bribe arresting officers.
A pre-trial hearing is scheduled for October 23rd.

WWE Champion CM Punk Praises Co-Workers Including Two Divas
As noted on Daily Knockout, Eve vs Layla at a live event match from the weekend received very positive reviews from the fans in attendance. WWE Champion CM Punk says his favorite match from the weekend was a Zack Ryder vs. Antonio Cesaro match. Punk also gave props:
“House shows this weekend were exceptional. @EveMarieTorres @mslayel @antoniocesaro @ZackRyder @TheDeanAmbrose @wwemcgillicutty worked hard. Also, @heathslaterOMRB was there.”

Diva and Knockout House Show Results Over The Weekend
TNA House Show Results from Winston Salem, NC 9/21/12
(2) Mickie James pinned Gail Kim. Gail did the heelish tactic of pretending she was going to throw her t-shirt to the fans, only to hold it close to her as if it were too precious to her. Mickie was out next to a good pop. Gail tried to get in a cheap shot by throwing her shirt in Mickie's face only to have Mickie catch it and throw it to the fans. Some stalling by Gail at the beginning. Mickie got in most of the offense, including a Thesz Press off the ring apron onto the floor. Back in the ring, Mickie went for a huracanrana, but Gail blocked her right leg and started working on it. Gail went into a half-Boston Crab working on the injured right leg. Before going for a pin, though, Gail blew kisses at Mickie, who fought out and eventually went up top for another Thesz Press. It looked as if Mickie suddenly remembered she should be selling her hurt leg as she seemed fine after Gail kicked out and even looked to the crowd, then suddenly fell to one knee. Mickie then surprised Gail with a spin kick with her "good" left leg and pinned Gail after a DDT.
Eve vs. Layla House Show Match Getting Props
- Reports from two fans in attendance at last night's WWE live event in White Plains, New York gave big props to the Divas match between Layla and Eve Torres with Aksana as special referee. It was noted that the match went several minutes longer than the Divas usually get on TV.

Stephanie McMahon, Layla and Alicia Fox announced a partnership between WWE and Nothing But Nets at the Social Good Summit! in New York City on Saturday.The new alliance is being formed to help prevent malaria, a leading killer of children in Africa.

WWE Set To Release WWE Diva DVD Next Year
WWE has announced its WWE Home Entertainment 2013 DVD/Blu-ray release schedule, which confirms several rumored titles. The WWE Divas will finally get a DVD release, this will be the first one since 2006's Divas Do New York. The DVD is going to be a top 20 divas countdown. It is said to be released on September 24, 2013.

Update On Beth Phoenix
Beth Phoenix, who is currently taking a leave of absence from WWE following the loss of a loved one, has been pulled from advertisements for several upcoming events. The official WWE website had her listed as appearing at events beginning on October 1 after she was pulled from last week's Australian tour and all events in September, but her next advertised appearance is now slated for the October 22 Raw in East Rutherford, New Jersey. She is then not listed for any events until December 28.

Possible Title Match Change For Night of Champions
F4Wonline.com reports that Eve Torres may be added to the Divas Title match between Layla and Kaitlyn at WWE's Night of Champions pay-per-view. It's also possible that Kaitlyn may be removed from the match and it end up being Eve vs. Layla. As we noted, the Divas battle royal from a few weeks ago was botched as Kaitlyn wasn't supposed to win and was not scheduled to be named the #1 contender.

Dark Angel's (a/k/a Sarita in TNA Wrestling) wrestling career in Mexico appears uncertain following her recent excursion to Japan for all-women's league STARDOM's 5 STAR Grand Prix Tournament. According to Ringbellesonline.com, by way of noted lucha libre expert Steve Sims of F4Wonline.com and Super Luchas magazine, CMLL officials are extremely displeased with the champion grappler for taking it upon herself to work an extended tour for the Japanese promotion—two months—when their official women's wrestling partner in the country is REINA. CMLL is also not being financially compensated since Dark Angel secured her own deal, which goes against company protocol.

Cameron Reportedly Suspended For 15 Days by WWE

Arianne Andrew, who appears as Cameron for WWE, one of Brodus Clay’s "Funkadactyls," has been suspended by the sports-entertainment organization, according to F4WOnline.com and PWInsider.com. F4WOnline.com reports that she has been suspended for 15 days. The suspension went into effect Friday and will expire on Sept. 14.
Update on Kelly Kelly's WWE Status
Kelly Kelly is reportedly back on good terms with WWE but has not signed a contract extension.
